Ginga comes from a Portuguese word gingar which means to sway or to swing. Any movement characterized by a kind of free flowing, rhythmic and graceful style, in a short word, ginga means body movement. In this class we will be taking you through the journey of body movements from Afro House to Kizomba so you can incorporate some movements into your social dancing.
