This class explores how to dance Kizomba to Cabo Zouk / Ghetto Zouk / Cabo Love using structured choreography as a training tool—not performance. Rather than focusing on memorising sequences, the choreography is used to develop timing control, movement elasticity, and musical interpretation. You will learn how to: -Adjust your speed and step size to match the music dynamically -Reduce reliance on constant marcação and introduce pauses, holds, and suspensions -Use height changes (compression, grounding, elevation) to reflect musical texture -Transition between flow, control, and stillness without breaking connection -Maintain lead-follow clarity while altering timing and energy This is not about dancing more.
